“It made me laugh out loud”
Receiving this book as a birthday present, I couldn’t be more surprised. After my exams, I found myself a comfortable and cozy couch, started to read it, and simply just loved it. Takes on Life Vol.1 is such an enjoyable book. It even made me laugh out loud, something rare these days. While Lockdown 3.0 is still going on, it is essential to give yourself a happy little moment, I found that within this book. While we all live different lives, we can all recognize little bits of ourselves in Takes on Live Vol.1. It so happens that I sometimes cite something out of the book to my family, which led to them also wanting to read it. The way it is written makes it easy to read even as a non-native English speaker. My first experience with the work of Dominic Holland made me eager for more.
